The Process

Over many years of trading we have developed steps and procedures that help to deliver end results. While we offered so many different products and services(all of them with different delivery time frames or production processes) the one thing that stays common for all jobs is the basic process from start to finish.

  1. After consultation regarding the product/s or service/s and the type of artwork you require, we will provide you with a comprehensive quotation outlining the type of work, material to be used and all relevant details pertaining to your particular job(including various price breakdowns showing GST etc). All work undertaken by us will be quoted, this ensures no confusion of product details or price.
  2. If you wish to progress simply sign the quotation and fax back to us for work to commence. NO WORK WILL COMMENCE UNTIL WE RECEIVE A SIGNED QUOTATION - again, safeguarding against mis-understandings.
  3. Once we have your signed quotation we will raise a production job sheet outlining all the relevant job details for our staff to follow. At this point, any materials that are required from external suppliers are also ordered(ie garments, stocks, etc).
  4. The artroom is the first to receive the job sheet, our artists will create artwork to the brief given to them from the initial consultation. They may give you multiple design/proof options based on many considerations such as printing restrictions or simple aesthetic appeal.
  5. A proof/s of your design will be emailed or faxed to you for your approval. NO WORK WILL COMMENCE UNTIL WE RECEIVE A SIGNED PROOF SLIP. If you wish to make minor changes to your proof, please feel free to mark the changes and return to us - we will do the changes and send you a revised proof for your approval. Be aware that any delays in approving your artwork could put your delivery date in jeopardy of not being met.
  6. Once a signed proof is received production commences. Production times vary due to the different printing and decoration methods. On most general printing and embroidery you can allow approximately 3 weeks from order, some promotional products can take up to 16 weeks from order. Items that have a longer delivery time frame will be marked on your quotation. If you have a "Date of Event" your goods are required for please make your customer service representative aware of this so we meet your deadline.
  7. When your products/printing have been completed you will be contacted by our friendly staff to organise collection or delivery. If you are COD customer we will require payment on collection of goods. Goods will not be released without payment. We only accept cash, cheque or direct deposit as we do not have credit card facillities.

If you have questions regarding the processes above, please don't hesitate to contact us.
