Prices will vary depending on a number of factors including quantity, print method, size, material etc.

Due to the varying nature and the wide range of products we offer at Smartprint, all prices are provided by quotation.

We strive to provide quotes within 24 – 48 hours from the time of initial enquiry. Click here to request a quote

Minimum order quantities apply for particular items.

  • Screen printed or embroidered garments – 10 items
  • Headwear - 25
  • Stubby coolers – 50
  • Magnets – 250
  • Pens - 200
  • Mugs – 36 (1 colour), 72 (2 colours)

Turnaround time will vary depending on the quantity and items orders. Typically, all orders are completed within 10 working days from the time of artwork approval.

However, if your items are needed urgently or required by a certain date, please speak to our team and we will strive to meet your deadlines.

Ideally images and designs should be supplied at the correct size or as large as possible, with the fonts outlined.

We prefer that the files be saved and supplied in any of the following file formats:

  • High Resolution JPEG (300 DPI)
  • PDF (Portable Document Format)
  • TIFF (Tagged Image File Format)
  • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
  • PSD (Adobe Photoshop document)
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator document)

Please do not supply the following file types:

  • doc, docx (Word)
  • xls, xlsx (Excel)
  • ppt, pptx (PowerPoint)
  • fh (Freehand)
  • cdr (Corel Draw)
  • pub (Publisher)

Yes, our team of designers will send you a 'mock up' of the artwork design before the item/s are decorated.

Approval at this stage is necessary for the process to continue.

In most cases, our showroom will have a similar product to the item being ordered or a sample can be requested from our suppliers for a small fee.

If the sample item becomes part of your final order, this fee is deducted from the final invoice.

These samples are undecorated - printed samples of your order are usually not possible.

Yes, we are able to print on just one shirt if needed.

For small quantities of shirts, we use a printing technique called Heat Transfer. This process differs from screen printing in that it is a temporary print and is only guaranteed for up to 40 washes before it begins to deteriorate.

Yes, we are happy to print on supplied shirts and materials. Our supplied garment policy requires these items to be unworn and made from a quality material.

To guarantee a quality print on your supplied clothing or material, the item/s must be viewed by a member of the Smartprint Team prior to the order being placed.

We can print on almost any materials – vinyl, acrylic, metal, leather, cotton, polyester etc.

We have a long list of trusted suppliers from which we source various quality materials. However, if you wish to supply your own, the stock must be viewed by a member of the Smartprint team before we can guarantee a quality print.

All our clothing suppliers provide a sizing chart for each stock item. Most items will be very similar to the sizes you wear in your day-to-day clothing but we advise to check with the sizing chart provided.

Alternatively, our Smartprint Showroom has a wide range of shirt sizes and style samples to try on.

Yes, we are happy to arrange postage or freight of your items. Please let us know your preferred method of shipping or courier company.

If you do not hold an account with a courier company, we will use our preferred courier service and charge the freight to the final invoice.

Yes, we offer free delivery to our account clients located within Toowoomba.

ACCOUNTS

Payments can by made via EFT, cheque or credit card (VISA or Mastercard). * Credit Card Payments exceeding $2,000 will incur a 1.8% surcharge.

C.O.D Customers
Payment must be received before goods will be released. If you wish to pay via EFT or cheque, please ensure adequate time for your bank to transfer these funds, or an EFT payment receipt from your bank must be supplied.

Credit Card phone payments will be not accepted for C.O.D customers, unless pre-approved by management.

The terms of payment can be found on your invoice.

C.O.D Customers - Payment must be received before goods can be released.

If you wish to apply for a credit account of 7, 14 or 30 days, please email reception@smartprintgroup.com for a credit application.

There is no credit card surcharge for credit card payments under $2,000.
A 1.8% surcharge will incur for all payments exceeding $2,000.

For regular customers, Smartprint offers trading accounts of either 7, 14 or 30 days.
